  • NO CASH REFUNDS. Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article.
  • Items must be unused and tagged in their original condition.


Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will return it if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our team’s part, In such a situation, please contact our customer service center by emailing us pictorial proof/images of defected product at customerservice@image1993.com or by calling us at (407) 703-6090 within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.

However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, IMAGE holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity, or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
